Captain Clean Whistle is a captain in the royal guard patrolling Ponydale.
Appearance
Like some guards, she wears Sunlight armor, with the helmet left off.
When you talk to her she asks if you have any rubies. If you answer no and you don't, she'll comment about being honest. If you answer yes but don't have any, she'll comment about lying and threatens to call the police on you. If you answer yes and you do have rubies, she'll cheer and give you 50 exp. across all talents before talking again.
