Loadsa Monet is a pegasus NPC standing on the same road as the Pegasus Guard building in Cloudopolis, further to the west. He appears to be Cloud Monet's brother. Talking to him allows the player to initiate the Clearing Up the Rainy Days quest. He is also involved in the quests We'll Fix It In Post, Fission Mailed and the limited-time quest Costume of the Night.

Bugs

• Accepting Clearing Up the Rainy Days used to make the A Four Star Restaurant quest impossible to complete.
• The OSE 10 version of the game introduced a bug where Loadsa Monet's dialogue relating to the quest We'll Fix It In Post may become available without the player having started the quest. Proceeding along this branch of the dialogue tree makes that quest impossible to complete.
