Nurse Coldhoof is an earth pony NPC, located outside the Ponydale Hospital. Talking to her initiates the Supplying the Hospital quest.

“Welcome to Ponydale Hospital. How may I patch you?”
“In many cases, we nurses are the first ponies to interact with a patient, and we’re the first ones to see what’s ailing someone.”
“The hospital is full right now. For some reason, we’ve gotten dozens of patients who have been running out and fighting timberwolves today. I just don’t know what’s gotten into everypony!”
“Oh, don’t let my name put you off. My hooves are just as warm as anypony else’s.”
